Rosann Santos Explains The Fourth Pillar of Success: Passion And Authenticity

In an effort to provide solutions to the diversity problem in the C-Suite, Certified Professional Coach (CPC), bilingual keynote speaker, and leadership coach Rosann Santos presents The Five Pillars of Success to graduate students and aspiring executives.

NEW YORK - Feb. 29, 2024 - PRLog -- Harvard Law School conducted a study to report on the current state of diversity in the C-suite. The study analyzed 1,583 executives at the 100 largest companies in the S&P500 and concluded that only 23% of S&P100 C-suite members were either Hispanic/Latino, Black or Asian.The study also reported that only 28% of S&P100 C-suite members were women.

With the American workforce being 37% Asian, Black, or Hispanic/ Latino and 47% being women, diversity does not seem to be free-flowing into leadership.

She went on to say, "You must always be your authentic self and the best version of yourself is the version that displays how passionate you are at what you do."

The study found that Corporate America C-suites are still disproportionately white and male dominant. By and large, Women, Black, and Hispanic/Latino executives are under-represented among most C-suite positions.
