Instead of treating the screen as a place to passively watch, Peeko uses its camera and conversational AI to help children investigate what is directly in front of them. Peeko starts from a familiar parenting tension: children are naturally curious, but much of their screen time is built around one-way content. More than 10 AI modes can identify and explain everyday objects, create stories and poems, discuss food, introduce museum pieces and landmarks, and trace how common things are made.
That same AI layer extends into creativity and structured learning. Preloaded phonics, vocabulary, animated stories, songs, alphabet activities, number recognition, color exploration, and classic puzzles give families useful options without having to assemble an experience app by app. Photo translation supports up to 142 languages, while the interface, voice recognition, and text-to-speech experience support 25 languages.
Peeko is built for the realities of childhood as well as the possibilities of AI. The 7-inch HD display sits inside a full-body, shock-absorbing silicone case with reinforced corners. Its IP65-rated enclosure is designed to resist dust and everyday water exposure, and the device is engineered for drops from up to table height (75 cm). Dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, front and rear cameras, an AAC speaker, Android compatibility, and optional cellular voice calling give the tablet room to adapt as a family's needs change. Cellular features depend on local network and carrier support.
Peeko's AI experience is included without a monthly subscription fee, helping families understand the ongoing cost from the start.
