St. Johns GOP Demands Leadership on Corporate Transparency Act

Two Letters Call for Action from Republican Leadership to Stand Up to Merrick Garland and Democrats Gross Overreach in Corporate Transparency Act

SAINT AUGUSTINE, FL / ACCESSWIRE / December 30, 2024 / Manuel P. Asensio, chairman of the St. Johns Republican Presidential Executive Committee, has released two critical letters aimed at reshaping the Republican Party's federal judiciary policy and confronting President Joe Biden's administrative overreach through the ongoing Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) litigation.

The first letter addresses high-level policy changes needed to realign the Republican Party with constitutional principles and America First/MAGA values. It urges grassroots leaders to elevate these issues directly to President Donald J. Trump to ensure federal judiciary reform becomes a priority. The second letter leverages the CTA litigation to challenge Biden's executive overreach and highlights the lack of action by the Republican National Committee (RNC) and the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) on this critical matter.

High-Level Federal Judiciary Policy Reform

In the first letter, Manuel P. Asensio calls on grassroots leaders within the RPOF to reclaim their role in shaping the party's federal judiciary policy. The letter emphasizes the disconnect between the grassroots conservative voice and the political operatives who dominate the agenda of the RPOF and the Republican National Executive Committee (RNEC).

"Federal judiciary policy must reflect the principles of liberty, accountability, and constitutional governance," Asensio writes. "The party's current leadership has failed to address systemic judicial overreach, and we must bring this issue directly to President Trump to ensure meaningful reform."

Exposing Biden's Executive Overreach with the CTA Litigation

The second letter focuses on the ongoing CTA litigation, highlighting President Joe Biden's administration's executive overreach as a direct threat to individual liberties and constitutional governance. Asensio criticizes the inaction of the RNC and RPOF, pointing out their failure to address this critical issue either publicly or privately.

The letter urges Attorney General Pam Bondi, newly appointed under the Trump administration, to establish clear policy directives ensuring that the Department of Justice's actions align with Republican constitutional values. "Florida's leadership must take the initiative where others have failed," Asensio states.

A Challenge to Republican Leadership

The St. Johns GOP press release criticizes the status quo within Republican leadership, highlighting the need for bold action at the grassroots level. "The RNC and RPOF have consistently demonstrated a lack of urgency on matters critical to constitutional governance," Asensio asserts. "It is time for the Republican Party to prioritize these issues and act decisively to protect liberty in America."

Call to Action

Manuel P. Asensio, on behalf of the St. Johns Republican Presidential Executive Committee, calls on all Republican grassroots leaders and members to join in demanding immediate action. The attached letters provide a clear framework for addressing these challenges and ensuring that the Republican Party remains a defender of constitutional principles.
