Established in 2006, the El Paso location provides a critical nearshoring advantage, enables customers to reduce logistics costs, improve supply chain responsiveness, and helps efficiently manage cross-border production.
Since its opening, our facility has expanded to approximately 60,000 square feet and continues to benefit from ongoing capital investment in advanced equipment, automation, and infrastructure. Today, the plant operates 16 injection molding machines, with press capacities ranging from 55 tons to over 950 tons, supporting everything from small precision components to large structural parts.
Venture Plastics' El Paso operation integrates advanced technologies including robotics (Cartesian and 6-axis), scientific molding systems with RJG monitoring, and closed-loop process controls. These capabilities ensure high-volume, repeatable production with tight tolerances and consistent best in class quality.
