Nuvectis Pharma (NASDAQ: NVCT) announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 5 million shares of common stock at $20.00 per share, generating expected gross proceeds of approximately $100 million. The company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on or about July 1, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Nuvectis said it intends to use the net proceeds to advance development of its NXP100, NXP200 and NXP900 programs, support future product candidates, hire additional personnel, fund capital expenditures and cover general corporate purposes.
