-- The Robertson County Economic Development Board (RCEDB) is proud to announce a new partnership with ITI Digital to automate and enhance the county’s local job board, WorkinRobertson.com, strengthening connections between local employers and the workforce.

This initiative is part of RCEDB’s strategies to better connect local talent with local opportunity. Through automation and advanced digital tools provided by ITI Digital, the Work in Robertson job board now captures available job opportunities more efficiently while reducing administrative workload for both employers and staff.

Created and managed by the Robertson County Economic Development Board, Work in Robertson streamlines how employers and job seekers find each other, making career pathways in the county more visible and accessible. The platform is a tool in RCEDB’s efforts to re-engage out-commuters by highlighting the strong jobs, advancement potential, and professional development opportunities available right here at home.

“The launch of our automated Workforce Hub is about making it easier for people to see available opportunities in Robertson County,” said Sarah Warren, Robertson County Economic Development Assistant Director. “This partnership with ITI Digital allows us to keep job listings current, expand the reach of local employers, and better showcase Robertson County as a place to live, work, and grow.”

While employers may still submit listings directly, the automation introduced through ITI Digital has increased the county’s ability to capture a more comprehensive range of job opportunities across industries. For residents, the platform provides a centralized, easy-to-navigate resource for exploring careers close to home. For visitors and prospective employees, it reinforces Robertson County’s reputation as a community with quality jobs and long-term career potential.

ITI Digital was selected as a partner due to its experienced team and scalable digital solutions that support automation across economic and tourism initiatives. In addition to the Workforce Hub, RCEDB is investing in additional ITI Digital modules slated to launch later this summer to support automation on the Experience Robertson County tourism website, including event calendar functionality.

As part of the enhanced Work in Robertson site rollout, RCEDB will implement targeted marketing efforts, including press outreach, local billboards, social media, and community

communications, to raise awareness among employers and job seekers who may not yet be using the platform.

“Our goal is simple,” added Warren. “We want our local employers and local job seekers in Robertson County to know that Work in Robertson is here to support them.”
