Traditionally, healing practitioners have had to run their businesses using scheduling tools that are designed for more conventional salons, gyms and offices, meaning they use platforms that lack the functionality they’re looking for. Flowdara is one of the first of its kind, offering a truly purpose-built platform for how healing work actually happens. Alongside standard booking features (self-booking, session types, availability management, secure payments), it offers features that the more general booking tools do not.
Some of the standouts include sliding scale and donation-based payments, spiritually toned client communications, and a Session Reflection Portal for post-session journaling that supports the full practitioner-client relationship. The platform will also introduce the Flowdara Cosmic Insights feature, which integrates live astrology and Human Design data directly into scheduling, giving practitioners and clients cosmic context alongside their appointments.
