Based in New York, Hermon will work on strategic communications efforts, developing and executing campaigns for clients ranging from B2B technology companies to nonprofit organizations.
Hermon's interest in public relations developed during her studies at the University of Florida, where she majored in public relations with an outside concentration in art. Her academic work focused on research methodology, campaign development, and media strategy, providing a strong foundation for her professional career.

Prior to joining Red Banyan, Hermon gained valuable industry experience during her internship at Capitolis, a New York-based FinTech company, where she worked directly with executive teams to create investor presentations, helped streamline communications across international offices and gained experience building stakeholder relationships. She also brings digital communications expertise through her Hootsuite certification and social media strategy work, along with strong writing and storytelling skills developed during her time with The Independent Florida Alligator, where she honed her abilities in interviewing sources and crafting compelling narratives.
At Red Banyan, Hermon will focus on media outreach, content development, and client support across diverse sectors. Her role involves collaborating with team members on campaign strategy while managing day-to-day communications tasks that keep client initiatives moving forward.
