Global e·dentity™ Inc., a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), today announced the renewal and expansion of its exclusive licensing agreement with Supplier Development Systems LLC (SDS). The new five-year deal, valued at $318 million, extends SDS’s exclusive rights across Africa and adds Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

The agreement grants SDS immediate rights to market and deploy Global e·dentity’s™ patented mobile AI biometric platform for national ID, border control, immigration, financial inclusion, and secure digital identity programs. All sovereign and government contracts remain subject to Global e·dentity™ approval. The deal includes strict performance milestones tied to deployment speed and revenue.

This expansion builds on the company’s ongoing Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA No. DHS_25-TSA-014) with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and TSA to modernize airport security, while accelerating commercial rollout abroad.

American Biometric Leadership Goes Global

The platform, protected by five issued USPTO patents (10,135,822; 10,721,228; 11,277,405; 11,368,455 and patents pending), is the world’s first true mobile-based system combining AI facial recognition, 3D multi-modal vascular biometrics, dual liveness detection via real-time heartbeat and blood flow, quantum-resilient encryption, and self-sovereign identity — with all sensitive data stored on the user’s device using Full post-Quantum Resilience Cryptography.

Leadership Comments

“Renewing and expanding this $318 million partnership validates our technology’s maturity and global demand. While we remain focused on advancing U.S. national security through our DHS-TSA CRADA, this agreement extends proven American innovation to key markets in Africa and the Gulf.” — Dr. Robert Adams, Chair, President & CEO, Global e·dentity™ Inc.

“We’re proud to deepen our partnership at this scale. Adding the GCC countries to our African footprint positions us to deliver privacy-first, high-assurance biometrics to governments and enterprises undergoing rapid digital transformation.” — Jean Marie Thrower, CEO, Supplier Development Systems LLC (SDS).

Strategic Momentum

The expanded license is expected to drive significant revenue in 2026–2027, complementing Global e·dentity’s™ core U.S. aviation security focus. The company continues to evaluate strategic initiatives, including a potential IPO in 2027.
