As CEO, Verdiyan will lead the organization through its next phase of growth, expanding employer and community partnerships, diversifying revenue streams, strengthening mentorship opportunities, and advancing innovative workforce development solutions that create pathways to economic opportunity for individuals from historically underrepresented communities.

Verdiyan brings more than two decades of experience advancing workforce development, economic mobility, and organizational growth. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives that expanded access to education, employment, and economic opportunity for underserved communities.

Verdiyan has held leadership roles at Seedco, Single Stop USA/Robin Hood Foundation, Equus Workforce Solutions, America Needs You, and The Knowledge House. Most recently, as Chief Growth and Strategy Officer at The Knowledge House, she led revenue diversification, strategic partnerships, and organizational growth initiatives.

Verdiyan holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics from Yerevan State University in Armenia and a Master of Public Administration from New York University.

"Anna's career reflects a deep commitment to creating pathways to economic opportunity," said Tazia Smith, Chair of the StreetWise Partners Board of Directors. "She brings a rare combination of strategic vision, operational discipline, and mission-driven leadership that will help StreetWise Partners deepen its impact and reach even more job seekers across our communities."

Throughout her career, Verdiyan has built partnerships across the corporate, nonprofit, philanthropic, and public sectors to create pathways to opportunity and economic mobility for thousands of individuals. She has secured and managed portfolios ranging from $15M to $80M+, spanning workforce development, healthcare, and economic mobility initiatives.

"StreetWise Partners' mission resonates deeply with me. I have spent my career at the intersection of talent and opportunity, and I know that what often separates potential from success is not ability, but access. StreetWise Partners is proving that intentional relationships and mentorship can change that equation," said Verdiyan. "Throughout my career, I have seen how access to social capital, relationships, mentorship, and professional networks can transform lives. I am deeply honored to join an organization that has spent more than two decades helping talented individuals unlock their potential and build meaningful careers."
