Briant brings over a decade of experience building and scaling go-to-market teams across restaurant technology, payments, and SaaS. Most recently, he served as President of North America at me&u, where he led U.S. expansion and drove growth across enterprise and multi-unit restaurant groups.

Prior to that, Briant held senior leadership roles across customer success and account management, and began his career in hospitality, working in restaurant and hotel operations. His background gives him a deep understanding of the operational realities restaurant operators face and the role technology must play in driving measurable outcomes.

“Martin brings a rare combination of hospitality experience and proven revenue leadership,” said Christian Wiens, Founder and CEO of Loman. “As Loman solidifies its leadership in the restaurant voice AI market, Martin's expertise will be critical in helping us accelerate to the next phase of growth, expand upmarket, and deliver even greater value to restaurant operators.”

Briant joins Loman at a pivotal moment as the company continues to expand its AI-powered platform, which enables restaurants to capture more revenue, improve guest experience, and operate more efficiently by ensuring every customer call is answered.

“I am excited to join Loman at such an important stage in the company’s journey,” said Briant. “The team has built a genuinely strong product with clear value for operators. My focus will be on growing the business while making sure customers get the most out of the platform from the first conversation through to long-term success. If we do that well, growth follows.”
