Sessions brought together Majesco and Utilant P&C customers to highlight the latest capabilities and future plans for Loss Control 360, integration with Majesco P&C Core Suite and AI/ML capabilities from the new Data and Analytics business
Majesco, a global leader of cloud insurance software solutions for insurance business transformation, today announced the completion of a successful one-day Product Council with more than 100 customer attendees that highlighted the latest capabilities and future plans for Loss Control 360, integration with Majesco P&C Core Suite and AI/ML capabilities from the new Data and Analytics business. It was the first joint event, welcoming Loss Control 360 customers to the Majesco customer family. Majesco completed the acquisition of Utilant on June 16.
In the opening session, Majesco President and Chief Product Officer, Manish Shah, provided an overview and update of Majesco’s product vision and strategy, discussed innovation synergies between Utilant and Majesco solutions as well as further strengthening of the SaaS Cloud operations that will benefit P&C customers. Patrick Davis, SVP & GM – Data & Analytics, discussed the Loss Control product strategy, expanding on the innovation synergies. He also introduced the organization’s new Data and Analytics business unit, including current and future AI/ML capabilities.

The Loss Control 360 product team led the afternoon session, demonstrating an overview of Loss Control 360 and Guide Stream 360, as well as new AI/ML capabilities. In addition, they shared further plans around Cloud and AI/ML on the roadmap.
