His leadership experience and exposure to Latin American regulatory agencies gave him key insights into the region's strengths and barriers, shaping his vision to redefine research access.

In addition to his leadership at H Clinical, Mr. Parrish has advised public and private sector organizations globally and has been a guest speaker and published thought leader on decentralized trials, ethics, and regulatory innovation. He previously served as a steering committee member at the Multi-Regional Clinical Trials Center of Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard (MRCT), and was a board member for Life Science Washington, contributing to policy advancement and regional industry development.
