Fractional luxury real estate investment app acquired a property it plans to fix and flip within six months, delivering an estimated 45% return to investors

Belwood Investments is raising $250,000 from investors to complete the renovations, with an estimated ROI of 45%.

The backyard will also be transformed into a private oasis by refinishing the pool and adding new landscaping. A fully renovated poolhouse will provide additional space for guests or living.
