Atlanta Community Food Bank Granted $250,000 Contribution From AIG Foundation to Help Communities Hit Hardest By COVID-19 Pandemic in Atlanta and North Georgia



ATLANTA, GA, November 01, 2021 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The Atlanta Community Food Bank is receiving a $250,000 donation from the AIG Foundation's $2 million total contribution to Feeding America to help communities that have been disproportionately impacted by food insecurity. This donation will support:
• Atlanta Community Food Bank's efforts to feed families facing hunger, including children, who are no longer able to obtain nutritious meals at school.
• Atlanta Community Food Bank's work to address increased needs of our communities due to COVID-19.
• Atlanta Community Food Bank's work to help seniors who are food insecure.
