Union dockworkers, port employers announce tentative deal at East Coast and Gulf ports

After a contentious negotiation, the International Longshoremen's Association (ILA) and the U.S. Maritime Alliance (USMX) on Wednesday announced a tentative deal on a new six-year master contract.
