Charlotte's University City Partners names head of Near West Side Partners Inc. in Milwaukee as next CEO

Keith Stanley will become CEO of University City Partners in January. He currently serves as the executive director of Near West Side Partners Inc. in Milwaukee, a nonprofit created in 2014 with funding and support from Harley-Davidson Inc.
