Female founding teams in the Bay Area raised half as much as male ones in 2021 — despite spending 50% more time fundraising

On average, local startups with all-female founding teams have to take significantly more meetings with investors and spend more time fundraising than all-male ones, but still wind up with far less cash, according to a new report.
