Devolli Corporation immediately responded to the public invitation made by the Prime Minister Albin Kurti, to contribute to the Security Fund, pledging the amount of 500 thousand euros. Shareholder Shkëlqim Devolli said that he highly appreciates the commitment of the Government of Kosovo to provide additional funds to increase state security.
“It is the right step and we want to express our support from the first day, considering that each of us has the right to contribute to the security of our homeland, when the homeland calls for us”. All companies of ‘Devolli Corporation’ will be at service of state institutions for financial and goods assistance”, said Devolli.
Prime Minister Kurti invited citizens and other donors to contribute to state security, establishing the “Security Fund” in accordance with the needs of the Kosovo Security Forces, after consultations with international partners. According to the Prime Minister, the collected funds are intended to be used in accordance with the state security strategy of the Republic of Kosovo which is expected to be approved by the Government of the Republic of Kosovo.
