MA, New Orleans face shortage of officers after year of 'defund police' movement

Sgt. Mike Cherven, president of the State Police Association of Massachusetts, and Micheal Glasser, president of the Police Association of New Orleans, told Fox News on Thursday that the departments are experiencing staffing shortages as members leave for other jurisdictions.
