NORCROSS, Ga., Aug. 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PruittHealth proudly celebrated the graduation of 90 Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who achieved Senior CNA status through the organization's career advancement program. The graduates were honored this week during a special recognition event at Walt Disney World® Resort, celebrating their commitment to professional growth and excellence in patient care.

The Senior CNA program is a cornerstone of PruittHealth's commitment to investing in its partners and strengthening the health care workforce. Through a structured career ladder that includes progressive skill development, additional education, and leadership opportunities, CNAs can advance their careers while enhancing the quality of care provided to patients and residents.

"At PruittHealth, we believe our caregivers are the heart of everything we do," said Neil L. Pruitt, Jr., Chairman and CEO of PruittHealth. "This celebration recognizes not only the hard work and dedication these partners have demonstrated, but also their commitment to growing professionally while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve every day. We are incredibly proud of each of these graduates and the impact they have across our organization."

The Senior CNA designation recognizes caregivers who have gone above and beyond in developing their clinical skills, leadership capabilities, and commitment to compassionate care. Graduates of the program receive additional responsibilities, career advancement opportunities, and recognition for their achievements as they continue serving patients and residents throughout PruittHealth's six-state service area.

PruittHealth remains committed to creating meaningful pathways for career growth and development. Programs such as the Senior CNA Career Ladder exemplify the organization's long-standing investment in supporting and retaining talented health care professionals while ensuring exceptional care for those entrusted to its services.

"Our greatest strength is our people," added Pruitt. "When we invest in our partners, we invest in better outcomes for our patients, residents, and families. These graduates represent the future of health care leadership, and we are honored to celebrate this important milestone with them."
