Mr. Bryles assists the team's investment efforts by conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and industry research to evaluate new investment opportunities and manage existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Stephens Group in 2026, he was a Senior Associate at Align Capital Partners. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Stephens Inc. and Marriott & Co.
