Thompson Street Capital Partners (“TSCP”), a St. Louis-based middle-market private equity firm, today announced the sale of its portfolio company, Data Dimensions, LLC (“Data Dimensions”), to One Call, a technology-enabled leader in ancillary services and care management for the workers’ compensation market. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Janesville, Wisconsin and founded in 1982, Data Dimensions is a leading EDI clearinghouse and technology services provider serving the healthcare, insurance and government end markets. TSCP initially partnered with Data Dimensions in 2019 to support the company’s continued investment in technology, service expansion and strategic acquisitions. During TSCP’s ownership, Data Dimensions enhanced its core clearinghouse capabilities, expanded its digitalization and workflow automation offerings and completed the strategic acquisitions of WorkCompEDI and Providerflow.

“Data Dimensions has built a differentiated platform at the intersection of healthcare, insurance and technology,” said J.C. Wetzel, Managing Director at TSCP. “Over the course of our partnership the company expanded its capabilities, deepened its customer relationships and reinforced its position as a mission-critical partner in complex, tightly regulated environments. We believe Data Dimensions is well-positioned for continued growth.”

Through its integration with One Call, Data Dimensions will become part of a broader care coordination platform serving the workers’ compensation market.

Bryan Doyle, President and CEO of Data Dimensions, added, “TSCP has been a valuable partner in helping us accelerate innovation, invest in our technology platform and expand our reach. Their strategic guidance and support enabled us to scale our clearinghouse and workflow capabilities while maintaining our strong commitment to quality and service. We are grateful for the partnership and excited to begin our next chapter with One Call.” Data Dimensions will join One Call’s platform, further advancing the delivery of integrated, technology-enabled solutions across the workers’ compensation ecosystem. With the transaction, Bryan Doyle is transitioning to Chief Business Officer at One Call.

Baird and Bailey & Company served as financial advisors to Data Dimensions and TSCP. Polsinelli served as legal advisor to Data Dimensions and TSCP.
