Founded in 2023, Quotient Wealth Partners has built a wealth management model rooted in specialized financial expertise, personalized client service and commitment to organic growth. The firm has focused on serving executives and employees of large U.S. companies, with an understanding of their complex employee benefits, equity compensation programs and retirement planning needs.

Quotient's advisors help clients navigate sophisticated financial decisions, from managing concentrated stock positions and equity-based compensation to transitioning into retirement. The firm also emphasizes comprehensive healthcare planning, including long-term care considerations and healthcare advocacy, recognizing the increasingly important role these decisions play in protecting retirement security and overall financial well-being.

“When we created Quotient Wealth Partners in 2023, we drew on decades of experience across our leadership team to determine what we wanted to replicate and what we wanted to leave behind,” Blumenthal said. “Our goal was to build a firm where clients receive the same level of thoughtful, personalized care we would want for our own families.”

At a time when consolidation and acquisitions continue to reshape the wealth management industry, Quotient is pursuing a strategy focused on organic growth, emphasizing long-term client relationships, advisor development and a consistent client experience.

The firm has also invested in advisor training and professional development programs, giving emerging advisors opportunities to engage directly with clients and learn alongside experienced professionals.

“We've created what we call the 'Quotient Way,' a culture built around putting clients at the center of everything we do,” Ross said. “Our focus is on delivering thoughtful, personalized financial advice, developing the next generation of advisors and growing through the strength of our client relationships.”
