flyExclusive, Inc. (NYSE American: FLYX), one of the nation’s largest private-jet operators and the #1 provider of flight hours across every major jet category in Q3 2025 (per ARGUS International), announced today that Founder and CEO Jim Segrave will participate in a one-on-one discussion with Alasdair Whyte at Corporate Jet Investor (CJI) Miami 2025, November 4–6 at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
The session, titled Life as a Listed Operator: Moving to Fractional and the Case for Vertical Integration, will focus on flyExclusive’s disciplined approach to growth as a public company—balancing operational rigor with a long-term view of strengthening the business aviation ecosystem.
“The market hasn’t been easy for anyone in our sector,” said Segrave. “But each quarter we’ve improved the fundamentals that matter: higher utilization, upgrading aircraft and fleet, tighter cost control, and more efficient use of capital. We’re building a business that performs through cycles, and that starts with being transparent about where we are and where we’re heading.”
Beyond its fleet operations, flyExclusive continues to expand its FAA-certificated maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) business in Kinston, North Carolina. The facility—holding both Part 145 and Part 21 certifications—provides paint, interior, and avionics services to third-party aircraft owners as well as to the company’s own fleet. This capability strengthens flyExclusive’s financial base, improves client experience with quicker return to service and more cared for aircraft, while contributing technical capacity that benefits the broader private-aviation community.
CJI Miami brings together the industry’s leading financiers, operators, and manufacturers for practical discussions on the business realities of aviation. For flyExclusive, it’s an opportunity to speak directly with investors and partners about how disciplined execution and shared industry progress can coexist.
