CNH Industrial South America was named a “Great Place to Work®” by the Great Place to Work® Institute. This is the second time for CNH Industrial in Argentina and Brazil to be recognized as an excellent workplace in terms of workplace culture.

Every year, CNH Industrial identifies new ways to create a better work environment. Teaming up with the Great Place to Work® Institute in South America has allowed the company to continuously monitor progress and receive valuable feedback from its employees. The survey response rate was very high with 85% in Brazil and 98% in Argentina. The results showed positive growth in five dimensions of the survey: credibility, respect, impartiality, pride, and camaraderie in the work environment.
