The Cypress-based company, in business across the Greater Houston area since 1992, rebuilt the page to address the most common questions its team fields before a booking is confirmed. Owner Cameron Torkay said the motivation was practical: most customers are managing busy schedules and want answers without a phone call.
"Most of the questions we get before a booking are the same ones," Torkay said. "Deposit policy, delivery windows, how many tables for a hundred guests, whether they need subflooring under a dance floor on grass. We put all of it on the page so customers don't have to wait on us to answer something they could find themselves."
Since launching, the updated page has drawn hundreds of visitors. For customers managing busy schedules, the ability to find answers without a phone call and book directly through the company's online calendar removes a step that would otherwise require back-and-forth before a date could be confirmed.
The updated page is organized into nine topic sections covering booking and deposits, delivery and setup, tents and tables and chairs, catering, staffing and entertainment, inflatables and water slides, staging and lighting, dance floors, and weddings and large-scale events. Each section contains multiple questions written the way a real customer would type them into a search engine, with answers in direct, plain language.
Among the content covered: how the damage waiver works, what surfaces can support an inflatable unit, how to calculate the right dance floor size for a given guest count, when to expect the delivery crew, and why tablecloths should not be returned in a plastic bag. The linen guidance, Torkay said, solved a recurring problem at pickup.
"We used to get linens back in garbage bags all the time," he said. "They'd come out mildewed. Now we explain it upfront. Customers appreciate knowing what to do."
