NORTH POLE / MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Sleigh What?! is now live on Kickstarter as a 12-day illustrated holiday activity book and digital experience designed to turn the quiet lull after gift-opening into short, high-participation missions.
Built as a day-by-day series of “Festive Fiascos,” each chapter starts with a funny illustrated scenario and ends with a mission that can be completed through writing, drawing, or light performance. The structure supports mixed-age groups and mixed energy levels, making it suitable for family gatherings, classrooms, and office parties that want something easier than a complex party game and more interactive than passive scrolling.
Missions are intentionally fast. Most can be completed in 2-10 minutes, with optional variations that add twists, constraints, or friendly competition. The tone stays family-friendly while leaning into playful stakes, ridiculous rules, and participation-first humor.
Completed missions can optionally be uploaded to the Sleigh What?! digital hub at https://sleighwhat.com. The hub includes themed badges, mock “Department Rulings,” and a lighthearted leaderboard designed to reward participation and creativity.
Campaign and Delivery Timeline
The Kickstarter campaign is scheduled to conclude on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT and uses an all-or-nothing funding model. Backers are not charged and rewards are not delivered unless the funding goal is reached. If funding succeeds, digital rewards are scheduled for delivery on December 25, 2025, including a print-at-home PDF book, a party pack of printables, and access to Season Pass features on SleighWhat.com. Physical paperback editions are scheduled to ship in January 2026. A printable gift insert styled as a North Pole-issued “Notice of Delayed Chaos” is included for holiday gifting and explains the delivery timeline.
Reward tiers begin at $17 for digital access. Additional tiers include paperbacks, signed editions, group bundles, and acknowledgements in the book. Stretch goals include expanded digital content and bonus challenge chapters.
