Dan Colarchik has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. In this role, he will design and develop strategic benefits solutions that support employee well-being, improve operational efficiency, and drive long-term growth.

Known for his client-first approach, Colarchik focuses on identifying organizational goals and delivering data-driven, actionable solutions that support employee engagement, operational effectiveness, and long-term success.

Prior to joining Alliant, Colarchik was a Business Consultant with a national employee benefits consulting firm. He also held leadership roles with one of the world’s largest HR services organizations, where he worked with HR leaders and C-suite executives to develop human capital strategies that support overall business objectives.
