This marks the seventh greenfield branch SunWorks has launched nationally and the third in Florida.

After partnering with leading local companies, SunWorks works with management to accelerate their growth by providing the resources and support necessary to expand their operational capabilities and geographic footprint – often helping them launch new branches in adjacent markets. Since joining the SunWorks family in 2023, Exclusive has grown from a local business in South Orlando to a major regional player serving customers across central Florida.
“There are a lot of landscape companies around here, but starting [a new branch] with a good organization behind our backs is exciting,” says Jay Grimaldi, General Manager in Tampa. “My goal is to have a fully functional branch within one year.
