About Virginia M. Rash
Ms. Rash has built her career in hospitality through hard work, passion and a strong focus on teamwork. She earned a Bachelor of Science in food and beverage management from the Art Institutes of Colorado in 2011. She began her career that same year as an in-room dining coordinator at the Four Seasons Hotel in Denver, Colorado. This early role helped her learn the importance of service, communication and attention to detail.

Over time, Ms. Rash moved into leadership roles at several well-known hospitality companies. She worked as an outlets supervisor at the St. Regis Aspen Resort and later held management roles with Del Frisco's Restaurant Group and Sarto's in Denver. These experiences helped her develop the leadership skills needed to guide restaurant teams and support daily operations.

Ms. Rash's career continued to grow through positions at Westin Hotels & Resorts and The Sebastian Vail, where she oversaw multiple dining outlets and helped maintain strong service standards. She later served as bar manager at the Remedy Bar at Four Seasons in Vail. After that, she became general manager for Mina Group in Lake Tahoe, where she focused on building strong teams and improving guest service.

In the following years, Ms. Rash served as assistant director of food and beverage at Tahoe Mountain Club and The Club at ArrowCreek. She later became director of outlets at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino. Most recently, she served as general manager at the Bistro at Edgewood Tahoe before starting her own company.

In 2025, Ms. Rash launched Spellbound Sips & Spirits. As owner, she leads the business and manages its development and operations. Starting her own company marks an important step in her career. It reflects the experience she has gained over many years in hospitality.

One of Ms. Rash's main goals is to support and encourage others in the industry. She is especially focused on helping women grow in hospitality careers, believing leadership roles can be challenging to attain. She hopes to inspire others to pursue them.

Ms. Rash also believes strong leaders listen to their teams. While serving as director of outlets at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, she created a program that allowed staff members to share ideas and concerns directly with management. This effort helped employees feel heard and helped leadership better understand the team's needs.

Throughout her career, Ms. Rash has been guided by strong mentors. One of the most important was Terry Kennel, a general manager at the Four Seasons in Denver. His leadership style showed her the importance of supporting employees and creating a welcoming work environment.

Outside of work, Ms. Rash enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with friends. She says her love of hospitality was inspired by her grandmother, who enjoyed cooking and sharing meals with others. She has supported community organizations such as the Junior League of Colorado and Women for Dress for Success.
