Mundo Hispanico, the nation's largest minority owned, Latino-focused digital media company, is launching an Uber-like opportunity for burgeoning entrepreneurs.

The digital-based program, Mano-a-Mano, will let readers across the United States market and sell digital classified ads for products and services of all types to millions of MundoHispanico.com users — and generate a commission that's 10% higher than what the average Uber driver makes.

Mundo Hispanico will pay an unprecedented 35% commission (Uber pays 25%) to users who sign on to the initiative. In addition to the high commission, 'Super Users' who create sales teams will receive an additional amount.

Also part of the initiative are Latino-led online seminars on digital marketing, sales and networking tactics. These online events will be broadcast to Mundo's Facebook community, now numbering 8.8 million.

Mundo Hispanico will work with social community organizations nationwide to help teach their members how to start their online businesses through Mano-a-Mano, and will pay a commission to these nonprofits to help support their efforts.
