BOCA RATON, Fla. - Aug. 13, 2026 - PRLog -- synseer Technologies, LLC, a health-intelligence pioneer developing an ear-based operating system for continuous biosensing and personalized health insights, is proud to announce that it has been nominated in the Best Startup category of the 2026 Prix Galien USA Awards.

Presented by The Galien Foundation, the Prix Galien USA Awards recognize scientific and technological innovation with the potential to meaningfully advance human health. The 2026 Best Startup category attracted a record-breaking field of more than 250 applicants, and synseer has been placed among a select group of nominees identified for their potential contribution to the future of healthcare. The 2026 Prix Galien USA Awards Ceremony will be held on October 29, 2026, at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City.

"As someone who has launched multiple companies dedicated to making biometric data more accessible, understandable, and useful in people's everyday lives," said John A. Martino II, synseer Founder and CEO, "this recognition is especially meaningful because the Prix Galien celebrates innovation directed towards improving human health. Galien's mission is closely aligned with why we are building synseer. We want to provide people with personalized health insights that help guide future decisions, not just provide a snapshot of the past."

Martino continues, "our broader vision is the creation of an ear-based Health Intelligence Operating System capable of observing changes across multiple dimensions of health and wellness over time — including cardiovascular, hearing, activity, sleep, temperature, movement and other physiological signals — while establishing an increasingly individualized understanding of what is normal for each user. With this personal baseline, we can help people recognize meaningful changes that may warrant greater attention."

The 2026 Prix Galien USA Awards mark two decades of recognizing innovations and organizations helping shape the future of healthcare. synseer is honored to join this year's distinguished group of nominees and innovators working to advance human health.
