Mr. Mahvash brings with him nearly 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, commercial transactions, and SEC and FINRA regulatory counsel, representing a range of clients from emerging growth companies to Fortune 500 companies.
Immediately prior to joining Jacko Law Group, Mr. Mahvash was a Senior Associate at Jasso, Lopez & Harrison LLP, where he focused his practice on securities matters and corporate transactions exceeding $1 billion in aggregate value.
Mr. Mahvash previously worked at Baker & McKenzie LLP, where he practiced in both the International Commercial Group and the Corporate & Securities Group, advising clients on cross-border transactions, complex mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with securities laws.
Early in his career, Mr. Mahvash focused on commercial litigation, helping clients assess risk and address business disputes at Rodriguez & Nicolas LLP.

Mr. Mahvash received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, an M.Sc. from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and his B.A. in Economics from Yale University. He is admitted to the California Bar and the Texas Bar.
