Participants in 1111 VIBE’s upcoming Structural Enlightenment Immersion Workshop will learn how to use sound wave vibrations and integrative bodywork to heal scar tissue, relieve stress and tension, alleviate pain, and overcome emotional roadblocks.

The first skill that participants in the workshop are taught is how to properly play the crystal alchemy bowls that produce the healing sound wave vibrations. To do this, they take turns giving and receiving energetic feedback under the close supervision of 1111 VIBE's experienced practitioners.
“Deep tension patterns bind joints, cause pain, and generally, pull the body out of alignment,” explained a spokesperson for the company. “Sound wave vibrations disrupt these patterns, creating a healing flow of bio-electricity that enlightens the body and shifts its center of gravity into a lighter place.”
Participants will also practice several yoga poses, breathing techniques, and intuitive flow strategies, to help bring the body and mind into harmony by improving frequency integration channels and creating new spaces for energy to occupy.
The workshop is led by Andrew Clark, Jodi Carey, and Janet Brooks — three multi-dimensional healing practitioners with over 70 years of combined experience.
Though anyone can attend the workshop, 1111 VIBE has geared it toward bodyworkers, certified yoga and movement teachers, and holistic practitioners. To allow for a more personal and intimate experience, they have limited the number of spaces available.
The cost of the workshop — which runs from 11:11 am to 4:44 pm each day — is $444.00. This includes unlimited use of the studio’s mats, cushions, crystal bowls, and mallets. Participants also have the option to purchase their own set of crystal bowls at a reduced rate after the workshop.
