Leading BPO service provider Unity Communications has been certified as a Great Place to Work (GPTW) for 2024 to 2025, its second year receiving the recognition. The award was based on extensive and anonymous employee feedback.
GPTW is a third-party employee experience platform that surveys over 20 million employees across 170 countries. Its certification is a global benchmark for workplace culture, recognizing companies that create high-trust and high-performance work environments.

In July, Unity Communications’s management asked employees to answer GPTW’s Trust Index Survey to gather feedback and insights into their experience working at the company. Simultaneously, the executives completed GPTW’s Culture Brief, which detailed the organization’s workforce, culture, programs, and practices.
The assessment models evaluate a company’s financial performance, organizational trust, talent development, leadership excellence, collective innovation, and core values. Unity Communications met all these criteria and achieved high scores in employee engagement and well-being metrics.
The results reveal that 93% of employees find the company a great place to work and have felt welcome from the day they joined.
Many also note that the company’s priority for work-life balance through hybrid and work-from-home setups—even before the pandemic—has satisfied them. Comprehensive benefits packages are also critical factors that make it an exceptional workplace.
