UL Solutions issued a public notice regarding Model A23 Hand Warmers, which bear unauthorized UL Certification Marks on the products and packaging and may pose safety risks.

These rechargeable hand warmers, sold on Amazon.com, have not been evaluated by UL Solutions to the appropriate safety standards, and it is unknown whether they meet any safety requirements. UL Solutions recommends that these products be discarded in accordance with proper disposal methods for lithium-ion batteries.
