Humaniz's 2026 roadmap signals shift from legacy MLS-dependent tools to a next-gen recruiting solution powered by proprietary agent data and AI
Humaniz, the real estate industry’s leading AI-powered recruiting and team management software, today announced plans to launch AgentIntelligence, a first-of-its-kind proprietary agent data and AI-driven recruiting platform designed to address and solve for MLS data constraints by giving modern teams and brokerages access to agent-level signals the legacy systems were never built to track.
Most agent data software only knows what the MLS knows. AgentIntelligence is being built to change that.
In the last 12 months alone, Humaniz has generated more than 28,000 agent introductions for hundreds of teams and brokerages nationwide and contributed to over $3 billion in closed transactions. Now, as part of its 2026 roadmap, the company is developing AgentIntelligence to resolve agent identity at the individual level and activate recruiting workflows using signals the MLS was never able to capture.
"The industry doesn't have a software tooling problem, it has an input problem," said Chris Giannos, founder and CEO of Humaniz. "If your data can't reliably tell you who the agent you're trying to recruit actually is or how to reach them, everything downstream is 10x harder. AgentIntelligence is being built to fix that core problem."
Built by Operators, for Operators
Giannos scaled his own real estate team from two agents to over 200 in just over two years—closing $1.5 billion in transactions—before building recruiting software full-time. The Humaniz platform was born from the systems he developed to automate real estate recruiting at scale. AgentIntelligence takes that recruiting engine even further.
Built for Recruiting, Not Reporting
Legacy recruiting tools are built on MLS connections that were designed for transaction management and brokerage administration, not for identifying, reaching, and engaging agents. As a result, recruiting workflows inherit the limitations of systems that were never intended to support them.
AgentIntelligence is being developed with a proprietary agent data matrix created entirely independent of legacy MLS systems. The platform is designed to synthesize a significantly broader set of agent-level signals—including where they are at in their career, brokerage affiliation, team participation, market presence, public performance indicators, online footprint, and promotional behavior—into continuously refreshed agent profiles.
From Static Records to AI-Driven Recruiting Execution
Unlike traditional agent data tools that surface static records and contact information, AgentIntelligence is being designed as an execution platform.
The system will use AI-driven outreach across text, email, and direct mail to generate inbound recruiting conversations on behalf of teams and brokerages. Identity resolution, prioritization, messaging, and compliance controls are designed to operate from a single intelligence layer.
“Proprietary data only creates leverage when it’s activated correctly,” said Mike Nicklas, CTO of Humaniz. “AgentIntelligence is being built to move recruiting from brute-force guesswork to precision execution.”
A Broader Recruiting Ecosystem
As part of its 2026 roadmap, Humaniz also plans to expand beyond its existing software offering into a broader recruiting ecosystem designed to support how agents discover opportunities and how brokerages and teams attract them.
Planned initiatives include:
- A Humaniz-powered agent job board, designed to connect agents with teams and brokerages looking to grow
- AI-driven recruiting communication, including SMS and email coordinated directly from AgentIntelligence
- Done-for-you recruiting execution, where Humaniz systems manage outreach and appointment setting
- Direct mail activation, integrated with digital intelligence for multi-channel recruiting strategies
Together, these initiatives are intended to shift recruiting from fragmented tools into a unified, intelligence-driven workflow.
Webinar Announced
Humaniz will host a live webinar titled “Inside AgentIntelligence: Proprietary Agent Data, Predictive Signals, and AI Recruiting Execution” on Thursday, February 19 at 1:00 PM CT.
The session will preview the platform vision, data architecture, and 2026 roadmap, followed by a moderated Q&A with the Humaniz executive team.

About Humaniz
Humaniz is an AI-powered recruiting platform for modern real estate teams and brokerages, built by operators who scaled their own team from two agents to 200+ in just over two years. After developing internal tools to automate the administrative and marketing demands of recruiting, the founders turned that system into software and Humaniz was born. All time, the platform has facilitated over 50,000 agent introductions and contributed to $5 billion+ in closed transactions for hundreds of teams and brokerages nationwide. Humaniz is currently developing AgentIntelligence, a next-generation AI platform that leverages agent-level data that MLS-dependent tools can't access. Learn more at humaniz.io.
