OCA has acquired Employer Driven Insurance Services (EDIS), a California-based third-party administrator specializing in self-funded and pre-tax administrative services. The acquisition strengthens OCA’s capabilities and increases its geographic footprint.
Stacy Morris will remain as EDIS President, and all employees will retain their current responsibilities.
EDIS will implement operational enhancements designed to improve efficiency, technology access, and service capacity. Immediate areas of focus include:
- Broadening access to vendor networks, and product and technology platforms
- Modernizing internal systems to streamline and improve service operations
- Supporting long-term scalability and client satisfaction
These improvements will reinforce existing strengths while enabling the organization to meet increasing client demands with greater agility and stability. EDIS broker partners and employer groups will continue working with current points of contact, with the added benefit of increased institutional resources and infrastructure.
