Hirsch Announces Full Global Rebrand and Protech Merger Under One Unified Company, Effective January 2026

Effective January 1, 2026, Hirsch Group (formerly Vitaprotech Group) will operate worldwide under the single unified brand Hirsch, consolidating all operations under one identity.

Key changes effective January 1, 2026:

3. France: Hirsch Secure Merges with Vauban Systems

Hirsch Secure France merges with Vauban Systems, creating two focused business lines (Integration and Distribution) while all international operations consolidate under the Hirsch name and shared R&D, support, and innovation resources.

4. United Kingdom: Hirsch Secure and TDSi Unite

TDSi’s 40+ years of British access-control expertise is now part of Hirsch Secure UK, led by Managing Director Richard Huison, delivering a single, seamless offering to UK customers.
