VergeSense today announced a certified integration with ServiceNow’s Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) to help organizations maximize workplace efficiency through real-time occupancy intelligence and automated space and reservations management. The joint effort enables VergeSense and ServiceNow to create better experiences and drive value for customers.

The integration enables real-time space usage data from VergeSense to inform workflows, such as automatically managing meeting room reservations, enabling space planning, providing real time utilization insights and more in ServiceNow WSD. The integration is available in the ServiceNow Store.
The integration combines real-time occupancy insights from VergeSense with ServiceNow’s WSD platform to address key workplace challenges, including automating room bookings and releases, identifying underutilized space, and enabling more efficient space management. Organizations can reduce manual check-ins, free up ghosted meeting spaces, and make more informed planning decisions using VergeSense’s occupancy data.
