Agile Occupational Medicine Expands Leadership Team

Agile announced today that two key executives had been promoted to senior leadership positions, and four accomplished healthcare executives have joined the leadership team:

Peter Murray has been elevated to Chief Operating Officer from Vice President of Innovation and Strategy. “Peter’s vast experience as a business transformation executive and leader of our acquisition team was instrumental in our rapid expansion over the last several years,” said Agile Founder and CEO Greg Moore. “I could not think of a better person than Peter to manage our daily operations as we continue to grow and form partnerships with local businesses to ensure that the medical needs of local employees are addressed.”

Sarah Chintawat has been elevated to Chief People Officer from Vice President of Human Resources. “With her proven experience in leading and expanding people-centric programs, Sarah is an excellent choice to lead our hiring efforts,” said Agile Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer Minh Nguyen, DO, FACOEM. Her strategic vision and experience in human resources and translating business needs into dynamic talent imperatives will help us continue to expand Agile’s mission of quality health care for employees and streamlining the workers’ compensation process for employers and payors.”

Michael Stein joins Agile as Vice President of Clinical Operations after a long tenure as Director of Operations at Total Vision, where he managed a network of over 50 locations in partnership with doctors, practice directors, and managers. “Mike is a dynamic, results-oriented leader who offers visionary leadership and solid operational expertise,” noted Moore. “With new clinics launching regularly due to our rapid expansion, Mike brings the experience in quality care and strategic vision we need to expand our reach and remain committed to providing excellence in occupational medicine.”

Tony Johns joins Agile as Vice President of Sales after previously serving as Director of Sales for Concentra. In this role, he oversaw 60+ clinics in Northern California and various parts of Southern California. “Tony’s 20 years of experience in business-to-business sales, management, business development, and sales training bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Agile,” remarked Moore.

Guenevieve del Mundo, MPH, FACHE, joins Agile as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. In her prior role, she served as the Vice President of Operations for one of the largest healthcare systems in Rhode Island. Her strategic vision and dedication to innovation were instrumental in successfully implementing initiatives that expanded telehealth services during the COVID-19 pandemic and accredited the hospital's ACGME residency programs.

“Guen's expertise in designing systems that improve outcomes and efficiency, will add to Agile’s scalability and growth,” noted Moore. “With her public health and executive leadership background, Guen has consistently driven positive change in healthcare delivery in both the public and private sectors.

Michael Gill, PT, DPT, OCS, joins Agile as Vice President of Clinical Services. Before joining Agile, Michael was a Senior Director of Clinical Services with Concentra. “His 14 years of occupational experience, commitment to therapeutic programs, and compassionate leadership, combined with his focus on continuous quality improvement, is a tremendous asset to our medical group,” noted Minh Nguyen, DO.

“Agile's executive team now boasts an impressive lineup of seasoned professionals with a wealth of experience in occupational medicine. The newly appointed executives bring diverse skills and knowledge that will further enhance the company's ability to deliver exceptional services to its clients,” said recently appointed Chief Operating Officer Peter Murray. “This announcement reflects Agile's unwavering commitment to excellence and dedication to providing the highest-quality care to its patients. With these changes to our executive team, Agile is well-positioned to continue its impressive growth trajectory and cement its status as a leader in the occupational health industry.”
