With a career spanning over 25 years, Erik Gary joins Andersen as a Managing Director in the Private Client Services practice in New York. Known for his dedication to delivering tailored solutions for high net worth individuals and corporate executives, Erik's extensive background in tax compliance and estate planning aligns seamlessly with Andersen's client-centric philosophy.

In the Dallas office, Jason Gritton joins Andersen as a Managing Director in the firm’s US National Tax (USNT) practice. With over a decade of experience in international taxation, Jason provides strategic advice to large, publicly-traded and privately-held multinational companies. His arrival further enhances Andersen’s international tax team and supports the firm’s commitment to providing clients with comprehensive, worldwide solutions.

Codi Scott is a new Managing Director in the Private Client Services practice in the Seattle office and brings over 18 years of experience in public accounting and extensive expertise in tax compliance and consulting for family businesses. Her proficiency extends to navigating federal, state, and international compliance matters, successfully managing engagements in various real estate segments where she addresses property acquisitions, dispositions, and specialized allocations within partnership structures.

Nate Razza, a Managing Director in the Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) practice in Boston, brings more than 23 years of experience advising individuals and businesses on federal and state tax considerations. His expertise in transactional planning and structuring for partnerships aligns with Andersen's holistic approach.

Ed Carrasquillo, a seasoned industry veteran with over 35 years of corporate tax consulting experience, joins Andersen as a Managing Director in the Silicon Valley office. Ed is recognized for his proficiency in federal, international, and multi-state tax matters, and his delivery of high-value tax consulting and compliance services.

Zey Nasser has more than two decades of experience in U.S. international tax and transaction services and brings valuable insights to Andersen. Based in San Francisco, her background in cross-border tax planning and acquisition services includes navigating complexities such as Subpart F, foreign tax credits, BEAT, GILTI, FDII, and CFCs and PFICs.

Sean Dokko brings 16 years of experience in cross-border structuring and M&A consulting to Andersen's team in New York. The depth of Sean's expertise in advising multinational corporate clients and closely held businesses is a valued addition to Andersen.
