What makes the SoftwareReviews Data Quadrant different?

The study involves gathering intelligence on user satisfaction with both product features and the experience with the vendor. Aggregated emotional response ratings are included in the areas of service, negotiation, product impact, conflict resolution, and strategy and innovation to create a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and its product – all from the software users’ point of view. SoftwareReviews calls this insight the Net Emotional Footprint.

ManageEngine Desktop Central, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +79, exceeded user expectations in the software recognition library, which enhances recognition of installed packages. IBM Control Desk, received a Net Emotional Footprint of +83 and ranked strongly on ease of customization. CA Asset Portfolio Management, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +81, performed well overall, particularly in analytics and reporting. ManageEngine AssetExplorer, with a Net Emotional Footprint of +80, had an outstanding performance in software usage metering, which includes out-of-the-box support for software usage tracking to identify heavily used and unused areas.

In general, IT Asset Management users were most satisfied with the ease of IT administration and most dissatisfied with complicated customizations and integration processes.
