The homes at Belterra showcase popular design characteristics like gourmet kitchens overlooking great rooms, expansive suites with walk-in closets, and lofts. The community features one- and two-story floor plans with up to six bedrooms and four baths and ranging in size from approximately 1,400 to 3,100 square feet. Belterra will also include a community pool, cabana and playground.
