They aim to help those homeowners who want to reduce the amount of waste that goes to the landfill and to lower their carbon input by giving specific information and guides that shows how to do it themselves. Recent examples involve posts that detail how to strip wood, how to repair and restore gilding, how to care for leather, and how to clean brass handles. Despite being a very small family firm, the team at Priory Polishes is hoping to make a difference in how people think to renovate and revive rather than throw away and buy new.
