In the preceding blog entry, entitled Arian Azarbar - How to Exercise When Traveling Often for Work, Arian provides insight into some handy ways to keep active while engaging in time-consuming and routine-disrupting business trips. Among the most important of the many tips outlined in this blog entry is the concept of preparedness. In a section subtitled "Creating a Plan," Arian writes about how useful it is to "take some time to review your schedule and look for a time each day that you can exercise." He continues that it is usually possible to "work out during a long lunch break between meetings," or, failing that, he suggests that "before things start in the morning, go for a run."
