On May 30, 2007, 3D Systems Corporation issued a press release setting forth the Company’s
operating results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2007. A copy of the Company’s press

reference. The information in this Item (and in such press release) shall not be treated as filed
for purposes of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Included in the press release mentioned above is an announcement that the Company plans to
hold a conference call and webcast at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, May 31, 2007, to discuss
its operating results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2007. A copy of the press release,

how to listen to a recorded playback of the call after it is completed, is attached as Exhibit 99.1
