Item 2.02    Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
     On October 10, 2007, iRobot Corporation (the “Company”) announced its preliminary financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 29, 2007. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.

     On October 10, 2007, the Company announced that it will release its third quarter 2007 financial results after the market closes on October 24, 2007 and conduct a conference call to discuss these results and outlook for future financial performance the following morning, October 25, 2007, at 8:30 a.m. eastern.
