Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 8, 2004, Terayon Communication Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) and Rouzbeh Yassini-Fard agreed that Mr. Yassini-Fard should no longer continue as Interim Head of the Company’s Data Business in light of the Company’s intention to cease investment in future development of its cable modem termination system (CMTS) product line. Mr. Yassini-Fard will remain a consultant to the Company.
